Condominiums

Huntington Park West Condominiums are included in our community and are comprised of 3 buildings, built in the early 1980's which in total have 17 units from 1 bed and 1 bath, to 2 beds and 2 baths. All condo owners have assigned parking; there are 7 detached garages on the property that are deeded to those 7 owners. One building has stairs access only for both floors. The other two buildings have an elevator access. Many units have a fireplace, and all top floor units have skylights. All have in-unit laundry which includes a washer and dryer. Some have two outdoor balconies, and some have one. The condos have separate monthly assessments, Condo House Rules, and Governing Documents.

There are three Board of Directors for the condos, with their own CCRs and policies. The HOA Business Office maintains the financial records on all 17 condo units in Huntington Park West and handles the business functions of the Association.
