CCRs and policies are found in both the public and the private residents' viewing section.

One of the outstanding efforts by residents is timely communication. Monthly newsletters with updated information on the Committees, Board Meeting Notes, and event Calendar are available both in hard copy and electronic form.

  We also have a weekly Eblast to keep residents fully informed of the latest updates around the community.

Find useful resources for homeowners, including information about local schools, utilities, contractor references, and government services. We've gathered all the information you need in one convenient place available by checking with the business office.

Huntington Park West has worked hard to keep the monthly dues low.  Current 2025 dues are $155 / month for homes. 

Each condo owner pays two separate fees. 

The first HOA amount varies based on their unit amenities and square footage, with an additional $132 a month paid to be part of Huntington Park West. All residents continue to keep the dues low by volunteering for various committees serving the greater community.
