Clubhouse
Huntington Park West's clubhouse serves many purposes. The Business Office and library are located in the clubhouse. Activities, such as card games, aerobics, book club, arts / crafts, and many other events occur almost daily. Coffee and other beverages are available during the day Monday to Friday.
Pool and Spa
Our popular pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. The gazebo-covered, 101 degrees spa is open April 1st - October 31st. Hours for both are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Tuesdays the spa closes at 7 PM. Owners may plan picnics in the adjacent courtyard area with friends / family by scheduling their event with the office.
Pea Patch Raised Beds
A North Pea Patch has about 15 raised beds for $20/year, and a South Pea Patch has about 10 beds for $10/year. These offer a great way to enjoy fresh produce and gardening exercise. Water is included in the yearly fee. Check with the office to be put on the waiting list as this is a popular hobby.
Greenbelt Trails
Over two and a half miles of greenbelt lie within Huntington Park West and over a mile of trails are maintained with graveled pathways. They create a forest-like setting for walking, an aesthetic background for yards, plus privacy screening for homes.
Map of the Community
Many residents frequently walk the sidewalks and greenbelt trails in the fresh air as exercise for themselves and their leashed dogs/cats. Huntington Park West is a well-planned community with a secured RV parking lot adjacent to the park for an additional fee. Payments are assessed monthly.
