Activities, Organizations, and Amenities

Typical activities include but are certainly not limited to:

  • Dinners with entertainment
  • Summer and holiday potlucks/BBQs
  • Singles dinners and lunches
  • Trips planned through the Recreation Office
  • Games: whist, cribbage, bridge, pinochle, and bingo
  • Crafts, book and travel clubs
  • Chorus with in- and out-of-Park concerts
  • Twice a year greenbelt/common area clean-up with lunch
  • Monthly visits from the King County Book Mobile
  • Free weekly blood pressure checks

Additional amenities:

  • For a small fee notary, FAX and color copier service is available at the Clubhouse… and free wi-fi
  • RV storage and pea patches also available for a small fee (space available)
  • Minimal traffic with enforced speed limits
  • Restricted on-street parking (get details before signing if you own more than one vehicle or an oversized vehicle)

In addition to various ad hoc community service and social groups, the HOA has standing committees to assist in the operation of the Association such as Greenbelt, Architectural, Finance, Recreation, Pool, Boosters and Clubhouse.

Policies, for everyone’s safety and quality of life, include Pets, Pool, Clubhouse, Dumpster, Vehicle Operation & Parking, Garage/Estate/Moving Sales.
